Goals
At the beginning of the year, I talked about the Resolution that most of us had one or two to achieve. I did, too, and I was able to cross out at least 80% of my goals. I wish I could explain to you how that made me feel.
I wasn't going to write about resolutions or goals, but it kept lingering in my mind; who am I to dismiss it? Achieving your goals can be the hardest, especially if you decide to write them on paper rather than go back to them. Trust me, you will only remember a little of your goals if you visit it infrequently.
I achieved most of my goals by
• Having an accountability partner: I have a partner who will knock me if I even talk about backing out. I remember saving an amount of money and wanting to take it out when it wasn't the appropriate time. He immediately refused, and I just moved on, and till now, I am happy I didn't withdraw the money that time.
• Break your goals into bits or chunks: If you are planning to save 20 million at the end of 2024, divide it by 12 and plan on how much you will be saving in a month.
• Pasting it on my wall: When I wake up, that's what I see, and even every time I look up, it meets my eye, so there was nowhere I was running to; it was a fire and by force thing.
• Don't write little goals: Don't belittle your goals because you are scared of achieving them; if you want to read five books before the end of the year, write 10; it will make you want to go all out and harder.
And this should be all, I think😂. Have an easy 2024, and I will be writing to you very, very soon.
Love,
Big Tofs😂.
